Help and setup information for merchants using Storely Size.

How do I install Storely Size?

Install the app from the Shopify App Store, then open it in Shopify admin and complete the initial setup.

How do I add the size chart to my storefront?

Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize, open a product template, add the Storely Size Chart app block, and save.

Do I need to edit theme code?

No. Storely Size uses a Shopify theme app extension, so setup happens through the Theme Editor.

How do I create a size chart?

In Templates, create a template, add your measurement columns and rows, then save it.

How do I assign a size chart to a product?

Open Products in the app, choose a product, select a size chart template, and save.

Can I use one template for multiple products?

Yes. Templates can be reused across products, and you can also apply them with rules based on product conditions.

Can shoppers switch between cm and inches?

Yes. Storely Size supports unit switching on the storefront.

How do I customize the size chart design?

Use Design Studio to control colors, typography, button style, layout, and whether the chart opens in a modal or drawer.

Why is the size chart button not showing?

Usually one of these is missing: a product template assignment, a live design preset, or the Storely Size Chart app block in the Theme Editor.

Does Storely Size support AI fit recommendations?

Storely Size includes an optional fit recommender that can help shoppers choose a size based on chart data and shopper-entered measurements.

Is customer measurement data stored?

No. Customer measurement inputs used for fit recommendations are not stored on our servers.
